WebI'm using AnySoftKeyboard which is open source and available on F-Droid. They added gesture typing recently and it works ok-ish, but hopefully they will continue to improve it. Had a look at the code and from what I could see they aren't using any kind of word probability or sentence prediction so it often gives really weird suggestions, especially for shorter words.
