WebIt's not terrible (though I graduated from it 8 years ago, so it's changed), but it's small. The department pales in comparison to Waterloo and UofT, they're just larger programs, more options, better faculty, etc. Waterloo in particular has excellent Math, Computer Science and Engineering.
